Ring Experiment

META-PHOR will coordinate the selection and distribution of plant materials to be used within this program. A ring-experiment will be performed, in which the same plant material will be measured with different technologies at different locations. This should lead to a:
(1) Standardisation, calibration and normalisation of similar technologies used at different locations
(2) Fair comparison of different metabolomics technologies to assess which measurement(s) may be most useful for metabolite profiling and metabolite identification.
